	Power of Attorney - Healthcare

	POA (power of attorney) for healthcare services. This is an agreement between the client and Ayudando to make healthcare decisions, (as directed by client) in the event the client is not able. This agreement is not required to go through the court process but when the POA is initiated, Ayudando is responsible for the same services as described in the guardianship.


	Power of Attorney - Financial

	POA, (power of attorney) for financial services. This is an agreement between the client and Ayudando to make financial decisions that are not required to go through the court process as in the description of conservatorship, however, it is still the responsibility of Ayudando to pay the clients bills and to act wisely managing the clients’ money.
